  A unique topical collection formed by an avid proponent of the law, comprised of United States stamps showing the image of Allegorical Justice and her scales, which can be found on the 1902 $5.00 value, 1919 3c Victory, many Newspaper stamps, on Revenues including Private Die Proprietary, U.S. Possessions, as well as on many other 20th Century issues.   An extensive topical collection of worldwide Sports and Olympic issues, mostly prior to 1968, including mint singles, blocks of four, many covers and souvenir items offered as individual lots and as a massive collection balance.
  
  
• The Patrick Campbell Collection of "Via Panama" Postal History
  A comprehensive exhibit of 19th Century covers sent "Via Panama" including East to West, West to East, North to South and South to North, with many desirable origins, destination, rates, forwarders' handstamps and scarce markings that will appeal to a broad range of postal historians.
