  • The Estate of Charles L. Wells, M.D.
    A marvelous high quality collection of United States postage stamps – all collected by a dedicated philatelist with a keen eye for centering, freshness and color. Many of the finest quality stamps found throughout this sale are from the Wells collection. Virtually all are accompanied by PF or PSE certificates.

  • The Estate of M.W. (Bill) Kirkpatrick, Jr.
    A unique topical collection formed by an avid proponent of the law, comprised of United States stamps showing the image of Allegorical Justice and her scales, which can be found on the 1902 $5.00 value, 1919 3c Victory, many Newspaper stamps, on Revenues including Private Die Proprietary, U.S. Possessions, as well as on many other 20th Century issues. The collection includes not only mint and used stamps, but a plethora of essays, proofs, covers and multiples, with many rarities and several unique items.

  • The Richard H. Salz Collection of Canal Zone
    Without question, this is the finest and most comprehensive collection of Canal Zone stamps and postal history to appear at auction in years. Formed by one of the most famous and respected experts of this philatelically fascinating area..

  • The Estate of Clifford J. Jeger
    An extensive topical collection of worldwide Sports and Olympic issues, mostly prior to 1968, including mint singles, blocks of four, many covers and souvenir items offered as individual lots and as a massive collection balance.

  • The Patrick Campbell Collection of "Via Panama" Postal History
    A comprehensive exhibit of 19th Century covers sent "Via Panama" including East to West, West to East, North to South and South to North, with many desirable origins, destination, rates, forwarders' handstamps and scarce markings that will appeal to a broad range of postal historians.
